A Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry, or AMOE) allows eligible players to request free Sweeps Coins by sending a properly completed request by mail.
Each valid mail-in request earns 5 Sweeps Coins, subject to verification and compliance with our rules.
Step 1: Get a Postal Request Code
Before mailing your request, you must generate a Postal Request Code from your account.
Log in to your Daruma US account.
Click the “Postal Code Request” link on the home screen.
Follow the prompts to generate your code.
Write the code down so you can include it on your request card.
Important:
Each code is unique and can only be used once.
Codes expire 30 days after they are generated.
A code can only be used by the account that generated it.
Step 2: Prepare your mail-in request
You will need:
1. A #10 Envelope
Send a standard white #10 envelope that is:
Unlined
Unfolded
Hand-addressed
Mail the envelope from the same U.S. state as the residential address registered on your account.
Send it to:
No Days Off Enterprise LLC
PO Box # 168
Watertown, NY 13601
Limit: One (1) mail-in request per outer envelope.
2. A 4×6 Index Card
Inside the envelope, include a white, unlined, unfolded 4×6 index card with the following handwritten information in this order:
Your full name (first and last, exactly as shown on your government-issued ID)
The email address registered to your Daruma US account
The residential address registered to your Daruma US account
Include your Postal Request Code (The 11-digit code you generated)
Then write the following statement exactly as shown:
“Sweepstakes Entry! I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the (Insert Month Of Sweepstakes Contest) offered by Daruma US. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Daruma US Terms of Use and these Official Rules.”
Immediately below this statement, you must:
Sign your name
Write the date of your signature in MM/DD/YYYY format
Do I have to handwrite everything?
Yes. The following must be handwritten:
The address on the envelope
All information on the 4×6 index card
The required statement
Please make sure your handwriting is clear and legible. If it cannot be read, the entry may be considered invalid.
How many Sweeps Coins will I receive?
Each valid mail-in request earns 5 Sweeps Coins once it passes verification.
When will my Sweeps Coins be credited?
Once your mail-in entry is successfully received and processed, Sweeps Coins may be credited within up to 3 months.
Please note:
The processing timeframe begins after we receive and log your mail-in request, not from the postmark date.
Requests must pass verification and compliance checks before coins are issued.
What happens if my Postal Request Code expires?
If the Postal Request Code is expired at the time your request is processed, the entry will be void, and no Sweeps Coins will be credited.
Can I share my Postal Request Code with someone else?
No. Postal Request Codes are unique to your account and cannot be shared or transferred. Sharing codes or attempting to use another person’s code may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
What are common reasons mail-in requests are rejected?
Requests may be rejected if:
The Postal Request Code is missing, invalid, or expired
The required information is missing
The handwriting is illegible
The request is not handwritten
Multiple entries are included in one envelope
The mailing state does not match your registered residential address
