Experiencing a Location Restriction in an Eligible State?
If you are physically located in an eligible U.S. state or territory but are seeing a location restriction message, your browser may not have permission to access your device’s location.
Our platform requires active location services to verify eligibility. Please follow the instructions below based on your device and browser.
Google Chrome (Desktop)
Open Chrome.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Click Privacy and security.
Select Site Settings.
Click Location.
Under Not allowed to see your location, find our website.
Click the site and change the permission to Allow.
Refresh the page.
Google Chrome (Mobile)
Open Chrome.
Tap the three dots.
Tap Settings.
Tap Site Settings.
Tap Location.
Ensure Location is turned on.
If our website appears under blocked sites, change the permission to Allow.
Refresh the page.
Enable Device-Level Location (If Needed)
If location access is still not working, enable it in your device settings:
iPhone:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Turn On
Android:
Settings → Location → Turn On
Safari (iPhone / iPad)
Open Settings on your device.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
Tap Location.
Select While Using the App.
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
Ensure Location Services is turned on.
Scroll to Safari Websites and set to While Using the App.
Return to the website and refresh the page.
Safari (Mac)
Open Safari.
Click Safari in the top menu.
Select Settings (or Preferences).
Go to the Websites tab.
Click Location on the left-hand side.
Find our website.
Change the permission to Allow.
Refresh the page.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Click Cookies and Site Permissions.
Click Location.
Find our website under Block.
Change the permission to Allow.
Refresh the page.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox.
Click the three lines in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Click Privacy & Security.
Scroll to Permissions.
Next to Location, click Settings.
Find our website and change the status to Allow.
Click Save Changes.
Refresh the page.
What to Expect After Enabling Location
If you are in an eligible state or territory: Access will continue without interruption.
If you are in a restricted location: A geolocation notice will appear, and access will remain unavailable in accordance with applicable regulations.
