Why is my phone number not being accepted?
To access our platform, we require specific forms of identity and residency verification. Some phone number providers and document types do not meet the security and compliance standards required for our US sweepstakes platform.
Accepted Phone Numbers
We only accept phone numbers issued by primary mobile network operators that own and operate their own networks, such as:
AT&T
T-Mobile
Verizon
Phone numbers issued by prepaid, discount, or Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) are not supported. These providers lease network infrastructure from primary carriers and may not supply sufficient identity-verification data.
This requirement helps ensure that each account is linked to a unique, verifiable individual, supports fraud prevention, and allows us to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory obligations.
Identity & Residency Verification Requirements
Government-Issued Photo ID
To verify your identity, please submit a clear, high-resolution image of a valid government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms include:
State-issued ID card
Driver’s license
Passport
The document must be current and fully legible to ensure it can be accurately matched to your account details.
Proof of Address (POA)
You must also provide a secondary document dated within the last 3 months that clearly shows your full name and residential address. Accepted documents include:
Utility bills (electricity, water, internet, or phone)
Official government correspondence
Bank statements from a traditional financial institution
Important Note on Neobanks
Electronic statements from neobanks or digital-only financial platforms are not accepted. These institutions often use different onboarding and residency-verification processes and currently do not meet our compliance and risk-mitigation standards.
Additional Verification Requests
In some cases, we may request additional documentation to complete verification or perform enhanced due diligence. This may include:
Bank cards
Additional bank statements
Payment method ownership confirmation
Other supporting documents required for regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention purposes
If more information is needed, our support team will contact you with clear instructions.
