How to Fix a “Wrong Password” Lockout After Registration
If your account becomes locked right after creating it or during your first login attempt, it’s usually due to several incorrect password entries in a short period of time.
Daruma automatically applies a temporary lock when the system detects multiple incorrect password attempts. This protects accounts from unauthorized access.
How to Fix It
1. Try Resetting Your Password
Go to the Daruma login page.
Select “Forgot Password?”
Enter the email associated with your account.
Use the password reset link sent to your inbox.
Check spam or junk folders if you don’t see it.
Then log in using your new password.
2. If You Still Can’t Log In
Please, contact Daruma Support at support@daruma.us if you continue receiving lockout or error messages.
Our team can help restore access so you can complete login:
You may be asked to enter a new email verification code.
You may also be prompted for a new SMS verification code.
Completing these steps should allow full access to your account.
Ensure your browser isn’t autofilling an incorrect password, and check for capitalization before submitting.
Too Many Payment Requests Error
If you get a prompt that says, "There was a problem processing your payment. Please try again in some minutes," it means multiple payment attempts were made in quick succession.
Why it happens:
This is a security measure to prevent accidental duplicate payments.
What to do:
Try again in a few minutes to ensure your previous payment was processed.
Check that your earlier payment went through before attempting another.
If the issue persists, contact Daruma Support at support@daruma.us for help.
